The Nurse Jamie Super-Cryo Massaging Orb can be used alone on clean, dry skin or with your favorite moisturizer or beauty oil. The Massaging Orb can be used Cool or Warm
Cool Treatment: Unscrew the twist-off ring from the base, place the massaging orb in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes. Then place the massaging orb back into the base and screw the twist-off ring onto the base securely. (Do not freeze)
Warm Treatment: Unscrew the twist-off ring from the base, place the massaging orb into a bowl of water for 30-60 minutes. Then place the massaging orb back into the base and screw the twist-off ring onto the base securely. (Do not put in the microwave or oven)
Eye Area:
Gently press and roll the massaging orb under the eye area starting from the inside of your face moving towards the outside.
Brow Area:
Gently press and roll the massaging orb just below the brow, moving from the middle towards the outside of your brow.
Cheeks:
Gently press and roll the massaging orb on the middle area of your cheek. Slowly roll the massaging orb outwards and upwards.
Decollete:
Gently press and roll the massaging orb against your decollete, starting low near your chest and rolling the massaging orb upward and outward up, almost to your collarbone. (Do not roll over the collarbone)

The product is clearly not for the lazy people
I bought this item for everyday use. Honestly, not really. Firstly: plastic is quite inexpensive. Secondly: it doesn’t stay cold for long enough. And honestly, you get tired of washing it (especially after oil) and putting it in the refrigerator - in the morning you simply won’t remember if you need to run somewhere, and it also happens that it retains the smell from the refrigerator.

A little bit too cold when take out of the freezer, it needs to sit for couple of minutes before it can be used. I just love the effect it has on skin, especially during summer! The only negative side I can find and the reason why it is not a 5-star review is the fact that black plastic leaves stains on hands and face :/

I bought the mini and I love it. I roll my face and feel like a whole other person- I am allergic to something in my home, so I wake up with a swollen face. I also use the mini for my body, and it works great as well. I also use it when I cry. I roll my face with a color correction serum ( I use SkinCeuticals), and within 5 mins, not even, I depuff my face, and the redness is gone. I don't need anyone asking me, " Are you crying?"
